Photo-a-day week 5

Hey hey…I have lasted a whole month, stuck to my guns and took a photo everyday through January 2013!

This week one of my photos (the leaf macro one) was featured on Rebecca Coopers blog so now I have a badge that I can show in my sidebar…makes me look official and important and grown-up…you know, like I know what I am doing…I wish!

Anyway, this was the week that was….

Day 29

And so after 8 weeks of summer holidays, we spent today labelling stationary and getting ready to go back to school.

Day 30

Here they are ….the three offspring off to school.

Day 31

And now its just me and my littlest best friend at home. Its so quiet…

Day 32

My husband and I went up to the top of the tallest building in our city for sundowners. The views over the Gold Coast are spectacular from here.

Day 33

This is my youngest, telling his father all about his cricket trials. He is so wanting to make the A team and I am crossing my fingers and toes for him…

Day 34

This is my macro shot for this week.

Day 36

Its Monday and we went for a walk at the beach. I had to run back to the car to get my camera…

Love the one of your kids going off to school. So full of purpose! And I’m totally jealous that you live by the beach. It’s freaking cold in Toronto!

Love these! I love seeing first day of school shots while its cold and snowy here – it makes me think of the beginning of fall (my favorite time of year!) The picture of your pup is sooooo cute! Love the macro, too!
